结构
SF-1三层复合材料。它由塑料—青铜—钢背三层复合而成。图1是在钢背上烧结一层0.25-0.3mm厚的球形青铜粉。SF-1型的表面塑料层主要成份是聚四氟乙烯与铅等混合物。通过辊轧铜粉孔隙中充满了聚四氟乙烯与铅等混合物。表面厚度为0.01-0.3mm。
STRUCTURE
SF-1 tripple layer composite material consists of 3 bonded layers: a steel backing strip, a sintered porous spherical bronze particles interlayer, and impregnated and overlaid with a polymer material.the surface polymer layer being calendered into the pore of bronze is aPTFE and Pb mixture and the overlaid thickness is about 0.01-0.03mm.
