JF型钢-铜铅合金轴套是以钢背为基体、烧结铜、铅合金为表面耐磨层，此类滑动轴承是用一般双金属带材料制作而成的，通常可制成轴瓦、轴套、球座，止推垫片等零件。
钢--铜铅合金轴套与整体厚壁轴套相比，不仅便于大批量生产，而且体积小、重量轻，不占据很大装配位置，同时可节约大量铜材。它与巴氏合金轴套相比，具有结构强度高，承载能力大，又具有耐疲劳等优点，因此有着宽广的应用领域和实用价值。
钢--铜铅合金双金属轴套可广泛用于汽车发动机中的曲轴、连杆、气门、摆臂、凸轮轴、齿轮箱、起动马达、弹簧钢板、转向节轴套，以及摩托车齿轮箱、离合器、液压油泵、机床工业、轻工机械、工程装载机械、制冷压缩泵等中的轴套，凡符合ISO3547国际标准系列均可直接供货。非标尺寸可来图加工。
INTRODUCTION TO THE PRODUCTS
JF Type Steel-Lead Bronze Alloy Bush is wrapped by a strip of double layer plate which is composed of a steel backing and sintered a bronze anti-wear surface layer.
Comparing with the solid bronze ones, they are mucheasier to be manafactured in large scales, They have smaller volume and lower weight and very much manafactured is to be saved,ln comparing with babbit metal bearings, the load capacity is much higher and at the same time,they bear stronger fatigue strength,there for the application value is high and reqion is wide.
JF type articles are widely used as crankcase and connecting rod bearings,bushes and washers in various diesel engines,They can also be used as bushes and thrust washers for stigma rocker arms,cams, gear boxes, steel plate springs,balance shafts,steering shafts joints and clutches in various automobiles and moter cyclcs.Moreover,bushes and awshers are here and there used in hydraulic pumps,refrigeration compressor pumps,machine tools, light machanical machines,civil engineering machines and so on.
